Dobór myszki i podkładki ?400+100?

Looking for mouse and pad recommendations! My Rival 310 isn't cutting it. I play CS, Valorant, and Tarkov, aiming for low sensitivity like the pros. Wonder if there's a mouse that feels as immersive as managing a chaotic life in Bitlife . Currently using a Qck+, but it's worn out. Claw grip, 1+2+2 finger placement, right-handed, hand size 19cm. Budget is around 500 for both. Any suggestions for a more symmetrical mouse and a good FPS pad?
